Reminder: For trainees who have reserved an ACE clinical experience you are entitled to postpone and reschedule your rotation with us for any time in the future. This applies if you are unable to attend as a result of COVID-19-related program/hospital cancellations, travel restrictions, or university restrictions. We have never thought to charge rescheduling fees, and will continue to never charge rescheduling fees.
